Molly M. Wilson

Molly M. Wilson joined Adamski Moroski Madden Cumberland & Green, LLP in 2016. Ms. Wilson’s law practice focuses on business transactions and general counsel advice, with an emphasis on business operations, labor and employment issues, and health care.

LEGAL EXPERIENCE

Ms. Wilson began her practice working as outside general counsel to an HMO, where she focused on regulatory compliance, including audits by administrative agencies, compliance with health care reform, and drafting and revising managed care contracts. Ms. Wilson has experience advising health care clients on Stark and Anti-Kickback compliance, federal HIPAA/HITECH issues and state privacy laws, and has conducted risk assessments for breaches of protected health information.

Ms. Wilson also focuses on providing legal assistance to business owners as outside general counsel, where she advises on business transactions, and counsels clients on the formation, acquisition, and operation of various business entities. As part of her business law practice, Ms. Wilson advises employers on labor and employment issues, including the preparation of employment and independent contractor agreements, employee handbooks and compliance with wage and hour laws.

PRIOR WORK HISTORY

Ms. Wilson was admitted to the California State Bar in 2011, after attaining her law degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law. Prior to joining AMMCG, Ms. Wilson worked for Klein DeNatale Goldner, LLP in Bakersfield, California. During law school, Ms. Wilson interned with the labor division of the San Francisco City Attorney’s Office and clerked with two federal administrative agencies.
