Natalie F. Laacke

Natalie F. Laacke joined Adamski Moroski Madden Cumberland & Green LLP in 2013 and became a partner in 2021. Natalie’s law practice focuses on trust litigation, estate planning, trust and probate administration and business and real estate transactions.

LEGAL EXPERIENCE

Ms. Laacke began her practice as a member of a litigation team at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan in San Francisco. Ms. Laacke then shifted from practicing solely civil litigation to trusts, estates and business law. She has assisted families with developing comprehensive estate plans and trust and probate administrations. She counsels small businesses on company succession planning. Ms. Laacke’s practice also focuses on trust litigation including will and trust contests, breach of fiduciary duty, capacity undue influence issues and financial elder abuse.

PRIOR WORK HISTORY

Upon graduating from law school, Ms. Laacke began working for Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan in San Francisco. A year later she accepted a position at Fox Shjeflo Hartley & Babu, an estate planning and business law firm in the Bay Area. After a year at Fox Shjeflo, San Luis Obispo called Ms. Laacke and her husband back to the Central Coast.

PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATIONS, ADMISSIONS, STANDING

Ms. Laacke is a member of the California Bar Association and the San Luis Obispo Bar Association. She is admitted to practice in all Superior Courts in the State of California and in the United States District Court for the Northern, Eastern and Southern Districts.

Ms. Laacke was the President of the Women Lawyers Association of San Luis Obispo in 2017 and served on the Board of Directors from 2015 through 2018. She was also on the Board of Directors of the San Luis Obispo Legal Aid Foundation from 2016 through 2019. In 2022, Ms. Laacke became a Committee Member of the San Luis Obispo County Bar Association’s Trust and Estates Section.
