Jeffrey A. Hacker

Jeffrey A. Hacker is a seasoned trial attorney who has represented a wide range of clients including financial institutions, real estate developers, realtors, businesses, employers, employees, non-profit organizations, and individuals with a myriad of litigation and transactional issues. Mr. Hacker is admitted to practice law in California and the United States District Court. He founded Hacker, Kanowsky, and Braly, LLP and was the senior partner in Hacker Braly, LLP before becoming the principal in Hacker Law Group. In 2022, Hacker Law Group announced a partnership with AMMCG.

LEGAL EXPERIENCE

Mr. Hacker has also represented various business trade groups over the years, including the Santa Clarita Valley Chamber of Commerce (for over 20 years), the Valencia, now Valley Industrial Association, and the SCV Auto Dealers Association. He is a past president of the Santa Clarita Attorney Association. Mr. Hacker has been a Judge Pro Tem, Mediator, and Arbitrator.

Mr. Hacker has significant experience is complex personal injury matters such as workplace safety known as “postal” issues, truck accidents, environmental exposure, and serious injury accidents.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

Mr. Hacker and his wife, Kiki, moved to the Central Coast in 2021. Mr. Hacker believes in community. Mr. Hacker has been involved in a wide range of charitable causes and other organizations in Southern California since the mid-1980s. Mr. Hacker served on the Board of Directors of the Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital Foundation, the Child and Family Center Operating and Foundation Boards, College of the Canyons Foundation Board – chairing their annual Silver Spur Award Event for many years, the SCV Repertory Theatre, as one of the founding directors, the Boys and Girls Club Foundation Board, and various other charitable and service organizations.

Mr. Hacker was also a founding member of the Los Angeles County Fire Foundation Board of Directors and is currently on the Board of Directors of the SCV Sheriff’s Foundation, the Pasadena Pops and Symphony Board of Directors, and Carousel Ranch which provides horse therapy to special needs children. Mr. Hacker was nominated to be SCV Man of the Year for 2021-2022.
