- AMMCG has successfully prosecuted or defended multiple appeals of County land use decisions.
- Representing City of San Luis Obispo in eleven-week trial over dispute with contractor over construction and improvement of a water reclamation facility. Plaintiff’s $4.9 million claim was fully defensed and the City was awarded damages on its cross-claim.
- Successfully defended storage tank company at trial from complaint brought by gasoline facility which claimed that our client breached an agreement to retrofit and inspect above ground storage tanks resulting in large fuel leak and significant environmental remediation.
