Betzy Y. Bras-Gonzalez

Betzy Y. Bras-Gonzalez joined Adamski Moroski Madden Cumberland & Green LLP in 2026.

Mrs. Bras-Gonzalez’s law practice focuses on civil litigation including business litigation, personal injury, real property litigation, and public entity defense.

LEGAL EXPERIENCE

Mrs. Bras-Gonzalez began her legal career working at a boutique firm in San Francisco as a litigation associate working on employment, personal injury, and landlord-tenant disputes.  There, Betzy handled cases from inception through trial, including significant discovery, motion practice, appellate practice, trial, and all aspects of litigation practice.  After several years, Mrs. Bras-Gonzalez moved to the South Bay where she continued practicing civil litigation, including business litigation, professional malpractice, and legal fee disputes.  Wanting to be closer to family, Mrs. Bras-Gonzalez returned to the Central Coast in 2023 and began working at a mid-sized firm where she represented school districts and public agencies, including serving as an assistant city attorney and deputy county counsel.

Mrs. Bras-Gonzalez is admitted to practice in all courts of the State of California and the United States District Court, Central District of California.

Mrs. Bras-Gonzalez received her Juris Doctor from UC Law San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings), where she was a Founders’ Scholar, a UnitedAg Scholar, a Staff Editor for the Hastings Race and Poverty Law Journal, and the Co-Political Chair of UC Hastings La Raza Student Association.
