Joshua M. George

Joshua M. George is a partner with Adamski Moroski Madden Cumberland & Green LLP and a graduate of Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and McGeorge School of Law. His practice consists of business litigation, personal injury, real property litigation and public entity defense.

LEGAL EXPERIENCE

Mr. George has worked as a litigator and trial attorney for his entire career. His current practice is focused on both public and private civil litigation. He has tried cases involving multimillion-dollar claims on public works projects, disputes between businesses and suppliers over exclusive contracts, development agreements, personal injuries, employment, and breach of fiduciary duty and misappropriation of trade secrets. He recently obtained an eight figure verdict for a client arising out of a business dispute.
